Boxing legend Mike Tyson was accompanied by his two-year-old tot to the premier of a new documentary One Night in Vegas.

The film tells the tale of the friendship between Tyson and Tupac Shakur including the night of the rapper’s untimely death.

Dressed to impress, little Milan Tyson was dressed in a pink tutu with her hair in pigtails, and throughout her red carpet appearance, she managed to imitate some of her dad’s infamous scowls.

If, like Mike Tyson, parents also have a special occasion to which to take their little one, it may well be a good idea to browse around Kiddcare.com for new outfits.

Should you need something for a little girl, the Dizzy Daisy Fruit Dress could be the perfect option. Costing jus £9.95, the dress comes in a number of sizes for girls aged between two and six.

Parents will be happy to hear that the dress is machine washable and that it is made from 100 per cent cotton.

Another option for a slightly younger baby girl could be the Nursery Time Spotty Dress, which is suitable for girls aged between six and 23 months.

Costing just £4.95, the dress comes with a matching headband, so your baby will be adorably fashionable.

If you are looking for an outfit for a boy, Kiddicare.com also has a great range available, so you will be sure to find something in which to dress your little one.

The Pequilino On Location T-Shirt, Shirt & Trousers Set is stylish and reasonably priced at just £12.95 for the set. This set is suitable for boys aged between two and six.

Adventurous boys will love the red, green and blue checked shirt as it comes with a handy button that means rolling up the sleeves is easy. This is also true of the trousers, which come with plenty of pockets in which boys can store things.

Another collection that any little boy would look trendy in is the Pequilino 1st Grade Cardigan, Top & Trouser Set, which is made for slightly younger boys.

Tots aged between six and 23 months will look adorable in this combo, which includes a red cardigan, pinstripe trousers and a t-shirt with colourful embroidery that reads Master class.

When transporting your little one to that special occasion, it may be a good idea to invest in a suitable car seat.

It was recently revealed that most parents do not know the law when it comes to children’s car seats.

The study by comparison website gocompare.com reported that a fifth of parents are unaware that a child must sit in a car seat while travelling until they are 12 years old or 135 cm tall.

At Kiddicare.com there is a vast range of car seats available to view online. One option could be the Ferrari Cosmo, which costs just £86.89.

The car seat is suitable from birth up until the child is four years old, so makes for a good investment.

It is an officially licensed Ferrari product and has side impact protection, a new Bom Body cushion and shoulder and buckle pads.

Parents will also be pleased that all the covers and pads are removable and washable.

Earlier this year, Tyson spoke about his family. He said: “I’m very grateful. I don’t deserve to have the wife that I have; I don’t deserve the kids that I have, but I do, and I’m very grateful.”

Tyson wed his third wife, Lakiha Spicer, Milan’s mother, in a ceremony in Las Vegas in the summer last year.

One Night in Vegas is part of ESPN’s 30 for 30 season, which features four new films about sporting celebrities.

Autumn has most definitely arrived. I know it can be a bit miserable now it’s a bit colder and darker and wetter. It would be easy to spend time drinking hot chocolate and buying new toys for your little one but NO need for that  – Autumn is ripe with possibilities for fun with under fives!  Here are my top tips:

  • Wellies and puddles were made for each other. Grab the waterproofs and head on out even if it’s raining.
  • Leaves are beautiful – why not collect  some to make a tree picture or to make  crowns with, piling them up to crawl through or jump on is great fun too
  • On bonfire night find a local bonfire and firework display and head on over. Kids scare easily so don’t waste your money on your own fireworks- do some big firework paintings to hang in your kitchen instead.
  • Bake some bread – even the littlest baby will love to watch it rise and your house will fill with lovely smells
  • Why not take a long brisk walk and collect treasures along the way:  pinecones, feathers acorns and conkers and make a big display for your kitchen table.
  • Have little friends over for Halloween and ask each to bring an idea for an activity and a little snack. Pool everything together and have fabulous thrifty fun!
  • Hit the car boot sales and look out for cheap DVDs then snuggle up with blankies after a bracing walk home.
  • Do remember the freebies around you; libraries filled with books, toy libraries filled with toys, £1 to enter toddler groups and free swimming for under fives.  Embrace your local community and all it has to offer.
  • Last but not least you could become culture vultures. Galleries and museums are usually free and very child centred these days. Check out those closest to you, you may be very surprised how interesting they are to your little one.

I hope you have a fab, frugal autumn and if you are after any more budgeting tips with your under fives do pop over to my blog www.babybudgeting.co.uk where you’ll find a daily post on ways to save with tots! I’ll pop back at Christmas with some more budgeting tips!

The lingerie model who recently married Hollywood heartthrob Orlando Bloom has revealed her baby bump for the first time, following the recent announcement that the couple are expecting.

Kerr showed off her baby bump in a video promoting her organic skin-care range, which involved the Australian model practicing Yoga.

Currently four months pregnant, Bloom and Kerr announced they were expecting their first child last month, following their secret wedding in July.

Over the next few months, Ms Kerr along with other women who are looking forward to the arrival of a new baby, may be interested in looking into some of the products available on Kiddicare.com.

Available to view and purchase online is a wide range of maternity wear and accessories, such as pregnancy car belts and nursing bras.

Fashionable mums-to-be may like to check out Kiddicare.com’s Authentic Washed Denim Jeans, which are available at the bargain price of just £34.95.

Offering exceptional comfort without compromising on style, the jeans come with a stretchy rib waistband, so expecting mum’s can wear them throughout their pregnancy.

And why not check out the range of maternity tops available to buy? The Black Baby Under Construction Top combines the flattery of black, meshed with the funny logo -ideal for mum’s with a sense of humour.

To complete the look it might also be worth investing in a Cariwell Maternity Support Band, which offers comfort, support and confidence.

Uniquely designed, the support band is discreet and helps to support a future mum’s back and her growing tummy.

Following the release of the video for her skin-care range, which is named Kora, Ms Kerr spoke about her organic products.

She said: “Kora is about nurturing your core, your inner and outer self – your mind, your body and your spirit. Kora is a choice in how we live our lives.”

In past interviews, Ms Kerr has also spoken of her desire to one day live on a farm in a solar-powered house.

Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock treats her adopted son Louis Bardo like the “crown prince” of the family.

Speaking during a pre-filmed appearance on the US television programme, The Today Show, Ms Bullock for the first time spoke about life with her son, whom she adopted earlier this year.

During the interview, she told Matt Lauer, the programmes host, that she had not expected a boy.

She said: “We don’t have any boys in our family. Boy, is everyone really happy about that. So, he’s like the crown prince.

“You know, it’s nothing but girls in our family … It was just the hierarchy that needed to be broken … He’s a little Cajun cookie.”

If, like Ms Bullock, you treat your child like royalty, you may want to consider buying them some of the organic products available at Kiddicare.com.

The Organic Babies No Scent Baby Wash & Shampoo may be the perfect solution for your child’s bath time.

Priced at just £6.99 per 150ml bottle, the shampoo and wash is completely natural, being made without the addition of SLS, Parabens, Lanolin, phthalates, artificial perfumes, petrochemicals and colourants, which means your baby gets the “purest wash” nature can offer.

This product can be used on sensitive skin because it is fragrance free. It also protects against dryness and irritation.

Should you be in the market for some toys for a little one, why not look at the extensive range available to view online at Kiddicare.com.

To keep your child entertained at all times, why not think about investing in a Tiny Love Gymini Total Playground Kick & Play Activity Gym.

Suitable from birth, the activity gym is priced at £49.95 and is considered “the ultimate environment for baby-activated development, discovery and delight”.

The gym furthers a baby’s physical, sensory and emotional development by offering a multi-sensory play experience.

Coming with a variety of sounds and pictures, the gym also has a number of different fabrics, textures and shapes, all of which are designed to further a baby’s development.

When it comes to feeding a new baby, it may be an idea to look at the range of sterilising equipment available to buy from Kiddicare.com.

One option that parents may decide to go for is the Closer To Nature Electric Steam Steriliser Kit, which costs £59.95, a reduction of over £17 from the recommended retail price.

The kit includes everything that parents need when switching a baby between breast and bottle feeding.

Within the kit comes a variety of apparatus, including an electric steriliser (with teat tongs), a breast pump, two insulated bottle carriers and six milk powder dispensers.

For safety conscious parents, the range of safety gates provided by Kiddicare.com would be an ideal way to achieve piece of mind once a child starts to wander around by themselves.

The Lindam Numi Dark Wood Stairgate will appeal to those with a keen eye for aesthetics as well as security.

Easy to install, the safety gate can be slid onto a low profile wall mounting which can then be easily locked. It can also be removed in seconds when not required.

All of these products may well be of interest to Ms Bullock, whose son is now eight months old.

Discussing the adoption process, the Blind Side star said: “[Louis] was always mine, you know. It wasn’t like I felt like someone was going to take him away.

“But it was nice to have someone say, I think you’re a fit parent.”

Along with raising her son, the Hollywood starlet is currently helping a school in New Orleans, where she lives, emerge from the devastating hurricane which hit the state in 2005.

Rod Stewart has discussed becoming a father for the eighth time, with wife Penny Lancaster expecting to give birth in February.

The singer said that his other offspring were delighted at the prospect of a new brother or sister while being interviewed on Australia’s Channel 9 News.

He explained how if it is a boy, then the new baby will be given a Celtic name “like all the other boys”.

Expecting parents such as Mr Stewart may want to look into buying a new pram from Kiddicare.com.

The Stokke Xplory V3 offers great value at £639, saving expecting parents almost £200.

As well as coming in a variety of colours, the pram can be used from birth and includes Carrycot, Chassis, Seat Unit, Shopping Bag, Canopy, Raincover, Seat Insert and Mosquito Net.

It also has an adjustable seat which means the baby can be positioned facing towards a new parent, encouraging eye contact and feelings of safety.

However, once the baby has grown up enough, the seat can be positioned so they can face forward, meaning they can look out on to the world and discover their surroundings.

Expecting parents may also be interested in buying nursery decorations with which to adorn a new baby’s room.

The Beatrix Potter Peter Rabbit Musical Mobile from Kiddicare.com is just £29.95 and plays Mozart’s Lullaby to send your baby off to sleep.

Decorated with coloured hearts and butterflies, the mobile can be easily attached to the side of a cot and is made from beautiful soft fabrics.

Both of these items may be of interest to Mr Stewart, who said he was “very happy” when his model wife told him she was expecting their second child as they had been trying for a few years.

Ms Lancaster gave birth to their first son, Alistair, four years ago.

Parents need to get back into the habit of playing with their children by engaging in four key ingredients which lead to successful playtime.

That is according to Tanya Byron, a child psychologist, who interviewed 2,000 parents and 2,000 children as part of a new study looking at the nation’s play habits.

Her study revealed some worrying results in regards to parent’s attitudes towards playtime, with one in five parents “forgetting” to play with their youngster.

If this is the case, it might be worth having a look into some of the products available to buy from Kiddicare.com.

A wide range of toys and games are available, including the Jumbo Grow with Jumbo Shape Sorting Zoo Animals Puzzle, which, priced at just £8.95, could be a great way to spend time with your child.

The 24 piece puzzle is suitable for children aged above three and features various animals. It also encourages the development of matching and sorting skills.

Another toy that might be of interest to parents who are looking for ways to spend more time with their little ones is the Toy Story Bowling Set, also priced at £8.95.

The bowling set comes with six pins and two balls, ideal for a one-on-one game with a child.

For slightly older children, why not consider getting a Fun Sport Table Tennis Set, which includes two rackets, three balls, one net and support posts with clamps.

The set offers hours of entertainment and may help improve parent’s table tennis skills as much as a child’s.

Speaking about the survey results, Dr Byron said: “There are four key ingredients to a successful playtime between parents and children namely: education, inspiration, integration and communication.

“Parents need to take a step back and think back to how their own childhood games used these four pillars and how they can implement them now.”

She added that parents should try to remember what they enjoyed doing during playtime as youngsters in order to inspire playtime with their own children.

Over a third of parents in the UK do not know the law when it comes to car seats for children.

A survey by gocompare.com has revealed that 38 per cent of parents would allow their child, if aged below 11, to travel without a car seat, the Mirror reports.

This is despite the law stating that children must be 135cm tall or 12 years old to travel in a car without a car seat.

It was revealed that only a fifth of parents knew this to be the case, highlighting the need for suitable car seats for a child.

At Kiddicare.com, there is a wide range of car seats for children of all ages, meaning that parents can be assured that their little on is travelling within the restrictions of the law.

For those parents who did not know that a child must have a car seat until they turn 12 or reach the specified height, the Graco Junior Maxi Carseat offers fantastic value at just £31.95, which is almost £20 off the recommended retail price.

The seat offers maximum comfort and safety and can be used with children aged between three and 12 years, with a weight between 15-36kg.

Children will enjoy the two retractable cup holders that the seat comes with, while parents will love the colour coded seat belt guides. Other parents have rated this product at a very respectable 4.5 out of five.

For parents with newborns, the Babystyle Prestige Car Seat is a great option as it offers a secure environment in a contemporary and elegant fashion.

Parents will be pleased to hear that the car seat comes with removable and washable construction and that it has a lightweight body.

Available in variety of styles, the Babystyle Prestige Car Seat boasts contemporary elegance while offering peace of mind through its side impact protection. It also has a folding sun canopy that will protect youngsters from adverse weather conditions.

Parents may also be interested in investing in some in car accessories to go with their child’s car seat.

A Clipsafe Baby On Board Sign is priced at just £3.79, a small price to pay for letting drivers know that you have a child in the car.

The sign acts as a polite reminder to other drivers to be courteous, cautious and patient because of your delicate cargo.

Those considering investing in a Baby On Board sign will also be pleased to hear that it can be attached very simply to the rear windscreen through its suction cup.

Another great accessory that would come in handy during long road trips is the Sunshine Kids Travel Pillow, which offers support for a child’s head and neck while they are asleep in their car seat.

Available in a range of colours, the pillow comes in soft velour fabric for comfort and is machine washable on cold. The product also boasts over two inches of firm fibre filling for the best possible support.

And why not think about getting a Sunshine Kids My Stuff for your little one to put all their favourite toys in.

Not only is it a practical storage solution, the product attaches to any arm rest on a booster or vehicle. Coming with deep pocket design, this item will allow a child to keep with them their most prized items.

The survey by gocompare.com certainly highlighted the need for products such as these.

Other findings from the report revealed that 41 per cent of parents had driven other people’s children without the correct restraints, while 15 per cent said they would have their child sit on someone else’s lap while in the car.

Brit DJ Goldie has revealed that he once created a pram from Plasticine when he was just nine-years-old.

Discussing how he got into various types of art, Goldie explained that the pram was the first piece of art that he ever created and that throughout his life, art “kept him going”, the Daily Record reports.

He told the news provider: “When I was nine, I made my first piece of art, which was a pram made out of Plasticine. It was a really ornate, beautiful pram and my teacher got me to bring it to the front of the class.

“Art was the only thing I liked at school. I just went to my art teacher’s retirement party to thank him.”

However, should you be looking for a pram that is slightly more functional version of Goldie’s sculpture, it may be a good idea to visit kiddicare.com, where there is a massive range of prams available to view online.

Both of these items may be something which Goldie could soon be interested in, as earlier this year, the artist wed his girlfriend of two years, Mika.

Samantha Cameron, wife of the prime minister, yesterday (August 24th) gave birth to a baby daughter.

The Cameron family had been on a ‘staycation’ in Cornwall when the first lady of the UK went into labour prematurely.

Mr Cameron has said that although the early birth came as a “bit of a shock”, that he and his wife were “absolutely thrilled”.

He said: “It was very exciting – we were on holiday, thought we were going to get through the holiday and then have a baby, and then it just seemed to kick off a bit quickly.

“We’re absolutely thrilled. She is an unbelievably beautiful girl and I’m a very proud dad and both baby and mum seem to be doing very well, so it’s really exciting.”

The Downing Street couple may now be looking to buy some new feeding kit for their newest addition.

At Kiddicare.com, there is a large range of products with which to feed a newborn, including the Closer To Nature Microwave Steam Steriliser, which is priced at just £11.49 despite the recommended retail price being £22.99.

As well as being easy to load, the steriliser is light and compact and easy to load and holds four bottles and accessories.

Samantha Cameron may also be interested in investing in a Mamascarf The Original Breast Feeding Scarf.

The Mamascarf is also 100 per cent cotton and is machine washable at 30 degrees. It also comes with a handy hide-away pocket in which to store breastpads.

Although the Cameron family are yet to announce the name of their new baby, Mr Cameron has said that due to its being born in Cornwall, she will probably have a Cornish middle name.
